Women are woefully underrepresented in America’s boardrooms — but often they don’t do themselves any favors, says Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. While men are busy climbing over each other to reach the top, women tend to be more retiring and less inclined to talk up their strengths and accomplishments. “No one gets the promotion if they don’t think they deserve their success,” Sandberg warns.
