When you have really great Australian wine to bring to market you face some challenges. Australian vineyards produce a pantheon of fabulous wines. To get noticed in the market you need a great story, and that is where the combination of great wine, an Augmented Reality platform, and some amazing storytelling came together, and 19 Crimes entered our vocabulary.
In this episode, we look at how the stories of 19 criminals sent from the UK to Australia come to life using the Living Wine Label AR App. Each story is unique and compelling, and the concept sets the stage for additional story arcs. Since their market launch, they have added more stories and wines, including Snoop Dogg Cali Rose and The Walking Dead series. The parent company of 19 Crimes says that using Augmented Reality and compelling stories is what helps them stand out in each market they enter.
