Argentina’s coach, Diego Maradona has made a wacky promise that he will run around naked in Beunos Aires if Argentina were to win the World Cup.
To Pepsi, this is more than just a hilarious promise, which the cola giant has smartly jumped on this opportunity to set up another ambush marketing tactic for this year’s World Cup.
Here’s the deal. If Argentina wins the tournament, Pepsi will strip off all labels on its bottle for a week in the soccer fanatic country.
Advertising efforts to hype up this fun and creative idea are already underway.
