Print Samples Sell Your Association

a multi color image of a retro Television with an antenna

Every print association has had the same problem – how do you keep members engaged and interested in your events? Over the pandemic years, we were confined to online meetings, and some organizations found that sending out boxes with cups, hats, pins, and buttons to their association members ahead of an online event brought more engagement. It was a great gambit, so why stop?

Now that we are back to online-only, hybrid, and in-person models, these boxes of branding are still valuable. It is a great use of branded boxing to send a message and lets you combine different types of SWAG! One box came recently with a t-shirt, a nicely formatted infographic poster, a set of stickers and pins, and a mug. Another came with an insulated cup and a set of magazines plus a key chain and a flashlight. That is the nice thing about a box!

If you run a user group or association, watch this episode of PrintSample TV and consider these options for keeping your members engaged!

If you have the coolest print sample among the work you have commissioned or produced, let me know. I am always looking! Reach out to me! @PatMcGrew on Twitter, on LinkedIn, or  pcm@mcgrewgroup.com all land with me and I’ll be delighted to tell your story!
