Xplor to Host CCM Track at 2012 Conference and Vendor Forum

Lutz, FL —February 7, 2012—Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced that theassociation and conference organizers will host a CCM (Customer Communications Management) track at their upcoming Conference and Vendor Forum, March 27-29 at the TradeWinds Island Grand Hotel and Conference Center, a 4-Star, 585 roomresort destination in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.

The six-session track, sponsored by Pitney Bowes Business Insight, will take attendees through the steps to improve their customer acquisition strategy,present best practices for communication across new media channel and improve customer care with more robust communications management. By using data and analytics to drive better communications, the CCM track will provide guidance on moving from TransPromo to trans-relevance to improve loyalty, revenue and present best practices in communication governance. The track is being held on Tuesday, March 27th from 9:00 AM to 4:50 PM.
