A recent university grad from London has taken a creative approach to finding a job in the advertising industry —  foursquare Scrabble. He’s picked a few of the top agencies he’d like to work for in London and New York and added letter tiles to the tips at their venues.

The tiles are represented by the avatars of 27 different account (26 letters plus an empty tile). Other foursquare users must then “vote” the tiles into the correct order to form a word or two using the “I’ve done this” buttons. For example, the tips at Glue Isobar spell out “Clever Lad” while at AQKA London they spell “Big Ideas.” Each tip includes either instructions for the game or a plea to hire Voiteque, complete with a link to his resume.

It’s an interesting way to show some creativity and attract the attention of some top agencies. What do you think of his plan?
